The best I ever used, helps with acid reflux

Seems to be giving me more energy. Not so keen on the taste at first but I’ve gotten used to it and it’s inevitable with a multivitamin of this strength. Tastes very vitamin-y/medicinal. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have fatigue issues and trouble swallowing tablets.

Product works as expected

Really enjoying taking this multivitamin. Has every vitamin that’s needed. I find it give me the balance of vitamins I need. I’m now on a monthly plan.

I love this product as it contains so many wonderful ingredients. I have a lot of digestive issues since menopause and can't eat the same foods I used to so this is an amazing backup to make sure I get everything I need. As the other Lady has said it is very sweet but before I would throw it away I asked it it could be mixed with a small amount of water, and they said yes it could, so very happy with the product now.

Great product, in terms of the flavour profile, the electrolyte ratios and the size of the tub (50 servings!). I had the lemon flavour previously before the raspberry flavour, however the raspberry is now my favorite and I'm thinking of trying the watermelon next so that I've tried all the flavours. The lemon flavour is still fantastic, the rasberry flavour just masks the overall taste of salt better somehow. Despite having a whopping 2g of salt, it's only a minor taste (or perhaps that is because I take this every morning so I have just become accustomed to any saltyness). The ratios of electrolytes is spot on as well, exactly the same amounts as more mainstream brands such as LMNT (as advertised / sponsors on: Modern Wisdom and Huberman lab podcasts), and yet this product is almost half the price AND still gives you 50 servings (instead of 30 servings per LMNT from Healf) - what more could you want?? Very happy + repeat customer.

I started having gallbladder attacks early this year and was diagnosed with a 7mm gallstone, I’m now going through the standard route of presumably going in the waitlist to have my gallbladder removed. However! I do not want to lose an organ, and I’m now on a mission to save my gallbladder! I have been taking various gallbladder/liver supporting supplements and implementing daily habits and beneficial lifestyle changes all in a bid to reverse my condition and avoid surgery. Since incorporating these Oxbile supplements with every meal (as advised by my nutritionist), I have not had a single attack (and they were occurring more frequently). I’m very fussy about what I put into my body and the ingredients are great. I am hoping at my next ultrasound my gallstone will have shrunk or even disappeared!
